DepEd School Forms FAQ

Is this DepEd school forms generator free?

Yes. Make SF1, SF2, SF9 and SF10 for your class for free, with no sign-up. Learner details stay in your own browser on this device and are never uploaded. Back up by saving the printed forms as PDF.

How are final grades and the general average computed?

School year 2026–2027 uses three terms. For Grades 2 to 10, each learning area’s final grade is the average of Terms 1 to 3, rounded to a whole number, and MAPEH is the average of Music & Arts and PE & Health for each term. The general average is the average of the final grades. For Senior High, the general average is weighted by units (core subjects 6 units, electives 3). 75 and above is Passed. These are the same formulas as the DepEd e-class record.

Can I change the subjects or learning areas?

Yes. Each grade starts with the MATATAG learning areas used in the DepEd e-class record, and Senior High starts with the strengthened curriculum core subjects. In the Subjects tab you can rename or add subjects, pick Senior High electives from DepEd’s list, and set their units and terms.

Can I get the forms in Excel?

Yes. SF1 and SF2 download as the DepEd School Forms workbook, and SF9 downloads as the official e-class record for your grade (Grades 2 to 11) with your learners, term grades and attendance filled in. Open it in Excel and pick a learner in the SF9 sheet to print each report card. Kinder, Grade 1, Grade 12 and SF10 Excel files are being added.

How do I paste my class list or grades from Excel?

Copy the rows from your Excel class list or the LIS masterlist and paste them in “Add learners”. The LRN, name, sex and birth date are detected in any column order. For grades, copy a block of grades in Excel, click the first box in the grade sheet and paste: it fills across and down.

How do I mark attendance in SF2?

Click a learner’s box for a day to cycle through Absent (x), Late (top half shaded), Cutting classes (bottom half shaded) and back to Present. Click a date at the top to mark a holiday or no-class day. Totals, average daily attendance and the monthly summary are computed for you.

Is this an official DepEd system?

No. It is an independent tool that helps teachers fill out and print the forms. Layouts follow the DepEd school forms, but always check the printout against your school or division’s current template and use the official LIS where it is required.
