Is this receipt generator free?
Yes. Make, print and download as many receipts as you like, free and without signing up. Your business details, logo and receipts stay on your own device.
Is this an official receipt (OR) or sales invoice?
No. In the Philippines, official receipts and sales invoices must be registered with the BIR. Use this tool for acknowledgement, provisional, cash, payment or delivery receipts, and for records between you and your customer. Ask your accountant or the BIR about official invoicing.
How does VAT work here?
Choose “Add on top” to add the tax to the price (for example 12% VAT), or “Already included” if your prices already include it. The receipt shows the VATable amount and the VAT separately.
Can I print on a thermal printer?
Yes. Pick the Thermal design and the 80 mm or 58 mm paper size, then print. The page length follows the receipt, so there’s no extra blank paper.
