## Frequently asked questions

**How do I create a Form 48 for each pay period?**
Choose First pay period (1–15) or Second pay period (16 through the month's last day). Generate and save a PDF for that selection, then switch periods and repeat. Choose Full month to include every date.

**Will changing the pay period erase the other dates?**
No. Entries are saved by date for the selected month.

**Can I record duty on a weekend or holiday?**
Yes. Weekends and listed holidays are marked automatically. Enter actual duty times and the form shows them instead of the weekend label.

**Where are my entries saved?**
In your browser on this device only. They do not sync to other browsers or devices.

**What if a holiday is missing?**
Holiday dates depend on official proclamations. Add a missing local or declared holiday with the date and name fields.

**Is it really free?**
Yes. There is no sign-up, no download and nothing to install.

**Does the Form 48 follow the Civil Service DTR layout?**
Yes: name, month, official hours, daily A.M. and P.M. arrival and departure, undertime, certification and In-Charge signature, two copies per page. Always check that it meets your office's requirements.
